Q: Do you offer ring resizing?
A: No, I do not currently offer resizing on rings once they have been shipped. Please know your ring size at time of purchase.
Q: Do you do repairs?
A: If you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please let me know immediately! I offer 30-day coverage for any structural defects or loose/missing stones. After 30 days, repairs are available for a fee, based on the type or amount of work needed on the piece. Thank you for understanding!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Once an item has been purchased, there are no returns. Exchanges or store-credit will be considered within 10 days of purchase.
